Customer service and attention to detail were exceptional

Scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Low pressure in one tire and technician tightened valve stem. Full video from technician showed tire tread remaining. No pressure to add additional service which I appreciate. Very positive experience.

Service writer wrote the RO promptly and processed my GM rewards without issue.

Explained what was being done to my car, but also didn’t try to oversell.

Worked with me to get the best deal, wish more could had been done but believe they tried the best they could to get me the most fair deal and price they could. Kept in contact with me while tracking the truck I was looking for and even help with looking for others that may had been in the area match what I wanted.
